Collier Villages

ABB has served as the lead engineer and surveyor for the RLSA villages of Rivergrass, Longwater, Bellmar and the Town of Big Cypress representing 8,000 dwelling units of various types, 1,000,000 sf of commercial, and community parks, schools and 2 golf courses. Our work began with a land survey of the 22,000 acre parent parcel, followed by a wetlands survey of over 100 miles of jurisdictional wetland lines.  This surveying effort was the basis of the land plan for the villages and town. The Conceptual Permit with SFWMD has been completed and the Construction Permit is currently under review. ABB prepared detailed master utility plans, pipeline designs and permits, and Opinions of Probable Construction Costs for the Stewardship Community Development District as its District Engineer. Collier Enterprises and Collier County have engaged ABB to provide Opinions of Probable Construction Cost studies for budgeting purposes, phasing studies and other operational studies for infrastructure projects associated with the development including permitting of the utilities along Oil Well Road and Big Cypress Parkway.
